  Place the unused professional tools in their original protective casing and retail packaging to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot accept returns for tools with signs of use or damage.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our distribution center, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the tools, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
